This is a unique hybrid position combining digital marketing, social media, content creation, patient education, lead engagement, and service orientation . The ideal candidate is not only comfortable creating engaging digital content but also enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping prospective patients and families understand the services and programs available at WIN. This individual will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Patient Experience, and Clinical teams to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve engagement, and help prospective patients navigate the next steps in their journey with WIN. The successful candidate should be professional, energetic, organized, creative, comfortable on the phone and in person, and motivated by measurable results. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation Develop engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Create educational, promotional, and patient-centered content aligned with WIN's mission and brand. Assist with development of reels, short-form videos, educational videos, patient stories, event promotions, and behind-the-scenes content. Create visually appealing graphics, flyers, presentations, videos, and digital marketing materials. Maintain a consistent social media posting schedule. Assist with photography and video recording during clinic activities, educational events, community outreach, and marketing campaigns. Monitor social media comments, messages, engagement, and audience trends. Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach. Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and content formats. Patient & Prospective Patient Engagement Learn WIN's services, programs, evaluation process, treatment options, memberships, and patient experience thoroughly. Communicate with prospective patients and families who inquire through social media, telephone, website forms, events, and other marketing channels. Provide clear and professional information about WIN services and help prospective patients understand which services may be relevant to their needs. Explain the general differences between WIN programs, evaluations, therapies, wellness services, and other offerings using approved company information. Help prospective patients understand the next steps for scheduling consultations or obtaining additional information. Follow up with leads who have requested information but have not yet scheduled. Assist with patient orientation regarding programs, services, packages, and clinic processes. Build trust and rapport with prospective patients and families while delivering a professional, compassionate, concierge-style experience. Identify questions requiring clinical expertise and appropriately refer those questions to a physician or qualified healthcare professional. Never provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations unless appropriately licensed and authorized to do so. Lead Management & Sales Support Respond promptly to marketing leads and inquiries. Assist with lead follow-up through telephone, email, text, and approved communication platforms. Document lead interactions and next steps accurately. Help convert qualified inquiries into consultations, evaluations, events, or other appropriate appointments. Follow established scripts and patient orientation processes while maintaining a natural and personalized communication style. Follow up with prospective patients who attended educational events, consultations, webinars, or program presentations. Support campaigns promoting WIN evaluations, programs, wellness services, and special events. Collaborate with the patient experience and front-office teams to ensure a smooth transition from marketing lead to scheduled patient. Track lead sources, appointments generated, conversion rates, and follow-up activity. Digital Marketing Assist with digital advertising campaigns, including Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising. Support development of landing pages, email campaigns, lead-generation campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives. Assist with Google Business Profile, website content, and online directory updates. Monitor online reviews and support strategies designed to strengthen WIN's digital reputation. Assist in developing campaigns for new services, community events, workshops, educational programs, and clinic initiatives. Marketing Analytics & Performance Monitor social media and digital marketing performance.
