Job Description
About Cheers Cheers is a rapidly growing supplement brand specializing in after-alcohol aid supplements. We generate over $2 million in monthly revenue primarily through social media marketing. In Q1 2025, Cheers began scaling from Facebook/Instagram to TikTok and generated over 100m impressions that quarter alone. Cheers grew from $8.4m in 2023, to $15m in 2024, to $26.2m in 2025—and is projected to hit $45m in 2026. Our "edu-tainment" content style, which looks a lot like Bill Nye The Science Guy but with an alcohol and health focus, is driving significant engagement. We post 3-10 TikToks per day covering alcohol myths, liver health, and how to drink smarter. We're currently pacing $1M+ in monthly marketing spend and are on track to generate approximately 1 billion impressions on social media in 2026. Cheers is #1 in its category on Amazon, and is now sold in 35,000+ locations nationwide in retailers including Target, Walgreens, CVS, HEB, Kroger, Sam's Club, Albertsons, Meijer, Wegmans, Harris Teeter, Stop & Shop, 7-Eleven, Circle-K, and more. Cheers was even on the season finale of Shark Tank in 2018 (Season 9, Episode 24). About the Role You'll be working directly with our content team every day—the people who actually film, post, and grow this brand. This is not a "sit in the back of meetings" internship. You'll be hands-on from day one, helping us move faster and make more content. Our last intern is now our full-time Performance Creative Production Manager. The path here is real. What You'll Do Schedule and queue TikTok content across brand profiles daily Help manage 4-5 brand accounts across platforms Set up, operate camera, and break down sets for daily video shoots Help respond to customer comments and basic CX inquiries Assist with organizing and uploading content Participate in team and Social Media Team meetings Support offsite shoots (some evenings and weekends) Anything else the Social Media Team needs Who We're Looking For 21+ (we're an alcohol-related brand—it just makes sense) Houston-based and able to commute to our office (2900 N Loop W, Suite 1125, Houston, TX 77092) Available 20-30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends Genuinely passionate about TikTok and social media marketing—not just scrolling, but paying attention to why things work Reliable transportation to our office Self-motivated, organized, and no ego Willing to hold a camera, move equipment (up to 25 lbs), run an errand—whatever the team needs Coachable, a team player, and willing to learn Experience is a plus, not a requirement—attitude is what matters most What You'll Get $20/hour Hands-on experience with one of the fastest-growing consumer health brands in the US Direct mentorship from experienced marketers and content creators Potential for continued or full-time opportunities for exceptional performers Optional on-camera opportunity if you're interested
