Position Summary Verse Won Academy is seeking a creative, outgoing, and highly motivated Social Media Influencer to become the face of our brand across multiple social media platforms. This individual will create engaging content, promote our healthcare training programs, and help increase student enrollment by building awareness of the Verse Won Academy mission. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, enjoys creating entertaining and educational content, understands current social media trends, and has a passion for inspiring others to pursue careers in healthcare. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesContent Creation Create engaging videos, photos, reels, stories, and live content for Verse Won Academy's social media platforms. Develop original content showcasing classroom activities, student success stories, healthcare training programs, and campus life. Participate in professional photo shoots and promotional video productions. Model in mock classroom settings, simulations, and marketing campaigns. Create educational and motivational healthcare-related content. Capture behind-the-scenes footage during classes, graduations, events, and community activities. Social Media Marketing Promote Verse Won Academy programs on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Stay current with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns. Increase audience engagement through comments, live videos, polls, contests, and interactive content. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop monthly content calendars. Help grow followers, increase brand awareness, and generate student inquiries. Brand Representation Serve as a professional ambassador for Verse Won Academy both online and in the community. Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional image that reflects the academy's mission and values. Represent the academy during promotional events, health fairs, career fairs, open houses, and fundraising events. Assist with interviews, testimonials, and promotional campaigns featuring students and instructors. Community Engagement Attend community outreach events to create live and recorded social media content. Interview students, graduates, instructors, and community partners. Promote upcoming classes, enrollment periods, scholarship opportunities, and academy events. Encourage prospective students to schedule campus tours and enroll in training programs. Marketing Support Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative promotional ideas. Help develop campaigns that increase student enrollment and community awareness. Assist with email marketing, promotional flyers, and digital advertisements when needed. Monitor engagement metrics and provide feedback on content performance. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience creating content on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Comfortable speaking confidently on camera. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas. Basic photography and videography skills. Familiarity with video editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms. Reliable transportation for community events and promotional activities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a social media influencer, brand ambassador, content creator, or digital marketer. Experience with healthcare, education, or workforce development organizations. Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies. Experience with live streaming and short-form video production. Graphic design experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to travel locally for community events and promotional activities. Ability to stand for extended periods during events and productions. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of promotional materials or equipment. Schedule Flexible schedule based on marketing campaigns and academy events. Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends as needed. Hybrid opportunities may be available depending on assignments.
