Collective Agency Co. is a boutique social media management agency based in San Antonio, working with law firms, medical practices, and lifestyle brands. We're looking for a part-time Social Media Assistant to join us in person and grow into a key part of the team. What you'll do: Coordinate with our video editor to keep content moving smoothly through production. Build out monthly/weekly content calendars for multiple clients. Design post covers and write captions that match each client's brand voice. Get content approved by clients and keep everything organized and scheduled on time. Communicate with clients for updates or scheduling shoots. Stay on top of deadlines across several accounts at once. Occasional support at content shoots What we're looking for: 6 months to 1 year of social media experience (agency, in-house marketing, or managing accounts for a business/brand, internships count). Experience with Canva or a similar design tool for creating covers/graphics. Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, Meta Business Suite, or similar) is a plus but not required. Comfortable writing captions and adapting tone/voice for different brands. Experience with Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once. Reliable, coachable, excited to learn, social savvy, this is a role with real growth potential.
