Job Description
We are looking for an experienced marketing planner and an excellent talent who understands social media operations to assist in managing a large entertainment arcade. This position has similar operational management responsibilities as market planning, planning execution, and social media specialist. Please note that multi-store operation is required; those who do not accept this should not apply. Can accept occasional business trips Job Responsibilities I. Social Media Management Plan, film, edit, and publish social media content for the store, including short-form videos, photos, and promotional materials. Platforms include TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels. Independently manage in-store photo and video shoots and coordinate employees assisting with production. Responsibilities include selecting locations and settings, arranging lighting and audio, composing shots, and managing the overall production process. Manage the store's social media accounts, including publishing content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. Monitor views, engagement rates, follower growth, and event participation, and use performance data to improve future content and activities. Stay informed about social media trends, popular content, and local community interests, and develop creative ideas relevant to the store. II. Marketing Planning and Execution Develop content plans for store promotions, seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and brand events. Assist in planning and executing in-store events, including developing event themes, preparing schedules and materials, coordinating staff, and setting up and breaking down event spaces. Serve as the host or emcee for selected in-store events when needed. Responsibilities may include introducing activities, making announcements, interacting with customers, and creating an engaging atmosphere. Capture photos and videos during events and create promotional teasers, live event content, and post-event recaps. III. Team Collaboration Collaborate with the store manager and employees to ensure that events and promotional content are executed accurately and according to schedule. IV. Additional Responsibilities Perform other related marketing and event-support duties as assigned by the store manager. $20/hour during the first 30 days. After successful completion, regular pay is $20-$30/hour based on performance and experience.
