Description:

Assistant to Talent Agent(s) Including, but not limited to the below responsibilities:

Sending and confirming auditions with talent
Scheduling meetings for agent(s)
High call volume
Talent Payment processing (scanning, organizing, invoicing, creating pay summaries)
All day to day office needs
