Required Skillset:

Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore specifically Gateway (MCP tool integration), Runtime, and Identity services Practical MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementation building/exposing MCP servers or gateway targets Databricks understanding of how agents/models integrate with Databricks (Unity Catalog access, model serving endpoints) AWS CDK able to author custom constructs for AgentCore resources (Gateway, GatewayTarget, Runtime), not just consume existing ones Python (primary AgentCore SDK language)

Experience Level:

8-10+ years overall cloud/software engineering 1-2+ years hands-on with Bedrock/GenAI agent frameworks. POCs, GitHub, AWS partner enablement over tenure) AWS Partner org affiliation required ("partner eligible")
