Job Description
LaSalle Network is hiring for an Agentic Engineer with Fusion Risk Management, an industry leading SaaS company recognized for innovation, growth, and strong culture. This is a fully remote, direct hire opportunity on Fusion's Engineering team, focused on scaling and continuously improving a suite of AI agents that support AI driven software delivery. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI translating requirements into agent ready specs, guiding agents through execution, reviewing AI-generated output, validating quality, and improving the overall workflow over time. The right candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly, and thrives in a high-ownership environment. Responsibilities Operate and scale Fusion's AI-agent-driven delivery system to support engineering throughput and quality Translate business and product requirements into clear, agent-ready specifications Steer and supervise agent execution (prompting/workflow shaping), ensuring outputs align to expectations Review AI-generated code and artifacts for correctness, security, and maintainability Validate quality through testing/verification practices and structured review processes Continuously improve agent workflows, guardrails, and team-level patterns as the system evolves Partner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and engineering/platform teams Communicate progress, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences (nice-to-have emphasis) Qualifications Experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally supporting enterprise-level products Strong technical judgment and ability to evaluate/guide generated work (code + technical outputs) Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or comparable AI coding agent workflow experience) Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and iterating on process Strong collaboration skills across product + engineering stakeholders Nice to have: ability to present internally; 5+ years overall experience preferred
