Job Description
Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for U.S. Trade and Development Agency solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Services. This contingent, intermittent role is focused on airport concessions, public procurement, contracting and transaction documentation.
Role responsibilities:
- Review procurement authority, concession models, contracting pathways and approval requirements.
- Identify legal conditions affecting PPPs, commercial development, operations or investment.
- Define transaction documents, due-diligence tasks, risks, mitigations and decision gates.
Evidence sought:
- Senior infrastructure, airport, procurement or concessions legal experience.
- Representative public-procurement, concession or transaction assignments.
- Experience supporting cross-border infrastructure transactions or institutional clients.
