We are looking for a dedicated •J1 High School Regional Representative•to lead our remote field staff team and ensure we meet our goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys travel. Responsibilities Oversee a team of Local Coordinators and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Oversee recruitment and collaborate within the Placement Department. Provide weekly status reports and promote a positive company culture. Skills 5+ years' experience placing J1 high school exchange students in host homes and public schools. Managerial experience Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of DOS and CSIET standards.
