We bridge the gap between incredible talent and global brands. We are looking for a hungry, driven Junior Talent Agent to help our roster secure real, high-impact opportunities. What you'll do:

Cold Outreach & Brand Pitching:

Actively research, identify, and cold-pitch brands and marketing agencies to secure new commercial shoots, photoshoots, and campaign opportunities for our roster.

Agency Placement & Submissions:

Network and pitch top-tier talent to larger international modeling and talent agencies for global co-representation and placement.

Match Talent:

Review castings and brand opportunities to match them perfectly with the right talent on our roster.

Talent Care:

Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with your assigned talent to keep them aligned, updated on their pipeline, and motivated.

Pitch & Submit:

Actively submit talent for projects and relentlessly follow up until you secure a result.

Manage Communications:

Communicate directly and professionally with casting directors, brand managers, and clients.

Build Networks:

Maintain and actively grow your network of industry relationships.

Track Data:

Track submissions, feedback, and outcomes to keep our booking pipeline moving smoothly. What you don't need to worry about: Sourcing new talent. Our Scouts handle the discovery and onboarding of new faces, leaving you 100% free to focus entirely on representation, pitching, and closing brand deals.

Daily Prayer & Fellowship:

As a faith-based agency, our faith centers everything we do. You will participate in and contribute to our daily prayer postings, keeping our mission grounded in our values.

Monthly Recharge Room:

Meeting once a month on the last Friday or Saturday, all agents are required to join our virtual "Recharge Room." This is our dedicated community space where team members come together to provide virtual support through shared prayers, uplifting scriptures, and ongoing professional and spiritual education.

Compensation:

Commission Structure:

Commission-based. You earn 10% of NA Management's own 20% commission on every booking you secure for your talent—this works out to 2% of the total gross value. What Qualifies for

Commission:

This applies to traditional talent bookings, brand campaigns, commercial photoshoots, client consultations, digital products, and absolutely any other revenue stream secured or processed through the agent.

Example:

A project, photoshoot, or service is booked for $1,000. NA's commission is $200 (20%). You earn 10% of that $200, which is $20 .

No Earnings Cap:

There is zero cap on how much you can process or close in a month. Your earnings scale directly with your hustle and closing rate. What we're looking for:

Relentless Follow-Up:

Strong relationship-building skills and the discipline never to let a cold pitch or casting lead go cold.

Confidence:

Comfortable pitching talent directly to corporate brands, brand managers, and casting directors.

Organization:

Highly organized and capable of tracking multiple active talent submissions and check-ins at once.

Background:

Prior experience in talent representation, sales, cold outreach, account management, or public relations is a plus, but not required.

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
