We're looking for a Talent Booking Agent who lives and breathes EDM, understands what makes a room move, and knows how to close. This role is ground-floor with a clear path toward Artist Manager and a seat at the leadership table as Lumen Artists scales. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle booking sales. From lead generation and outreach to negotiation, close, and contract execution Book talent for Club Lumen events (The Morning Rave™ and beyond) and represent the Lumen Artists roster to external clients and venues Build and maintain a pipeline of venues, promoters, event producers, and corporate clients actively seeking DJ talent Own the CRM. Keep it clean, updated, and working as an actual sales tool (we use HubSpot) Cultivate and grow industry relationships with artists, agents, venue buyers, and promoters Manage the Social Media account and consistently represent the artists on the page. Use your ear and your instincts. You should be able to assess a DJ's fit for a room before anyone has to explain it to you Show up in person and on the phone; this is a relationship business and you need to be comfortable in both. Source new talent in the local market. • No out of state hires will be considered unless demonstrated experience in the music industry• What We're Looking For Genuine passion for EDM. Not a talking point, a lifestyle Experience in booking, talent management, music sales, or a related field (agency, venue, label, or artist side all count) Proven track record in sales. You know what a pipeline looks like and how to move people through it CRM proficiency and comfort with digital tools Strong communicator. Confident on calls, personable in person, professional in writing Industry relationships in the Phoenix market or broader EDM world are a major plus Self-directed and hungry. This is a growing company and you'll have real ownership. •Being a DJ yourself does not qualify you for this role. In fact, it creates conflict of interest. Please do not lead with that.•
