Your Opportunity, Your Team The Talent Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of all talent (models & guests) and all its functions, which include: the flow and accuracy of all information pertaining to the live show, maintaining guest management, coordination and support of models, vendors, and on-air guests. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and you will work onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do You will coordinate and schedule our on-air talent Assist all talent scheduling for the live show, creative execution, PR, and the digital studio. You will handle any issues that arise from guests, vendors, and models regarding the on and off-air productions or bookings and providing support to talent before and after going on-air Maintain weekly guest itineraries and model schedules by keeping up-to-date information for the production and broadcasting teams Provide reliable customer service to all talent Communicate and respond to emails and phone calls, confirming on air bookings and appearance details Collect, organize, and distribute all information pertaining to or impacting the live shows in which talent is involved Communicate changes affecting our live shows What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Television Broadcasting or related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience 1+ years experience in a talent agency, scheduling position or broadcast area beneficial Customer service background or experience Working knowledge of fashion and beauty brands is preferred #LI-CV1 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you'll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
