Keller Williams Music City is looking for a Launch Coach to lead and grow the Career Development pathway of our Performance & Growth Program. This is not a traditional staff position—and it's more than a coaching role. It's an opportunity for a growth-minded real estate professional to own and grow a business within the business, develop emerging agents, grow their own leadership platform, and create multiple streams of economic opportunity while continuing to build their personal real estate business. What You'll Do

• Own the growth, engagement, productivity, and progression of Career Development agents
• Coach agents around business planning, lead generation, accountability, pipeline management, scripts, consultations, and core real estate skills
• Lead and coordinate training, including P&G Orientation, workshops, field training, Breakthrough 120, and skill-development sessions
• Leverage and coordinate a team of experienced P&G Partners and mentors
• Develop emerging agents toward first closings, sustainable production, ACTIVATE, and capper-level businesses
• Partner with Market Center leadership on agent attraction, retention, and productivity
• Help develop pre-licensed talent through Test Prep/KSCORE

• Want to expand your leadership and influence while continuing to grow your own real estate business The Economic & Business Building Opportunity The Launch Coach receives a combination of performance-based compensation, mentorship income, agent-attraction incentives, Market Center savings, leadership development, and business-building opportunities.

$75,000+ Potential Annual Economic Opportunity Clear Path to $100,000+ as Career Development Grows Additional benefits include an automatic reduced in annual Market Center cap, the opportunity to eliminate the remaining cap entirely, reduced monthly Market Center fees, dedicated office space, reduced-cap Performance Coaching, access to THE EXPERIENCE, BOLD and Family Reunion discounts, Profit Share potential, and increased leadership visibility within the Market Center. Compensation and economic opportunity are performance-based and vary according to Career Development productivity, company dollar generated, mentorship and agent-attraction activity, capping, program enrollment, and other applicable factors. Estimated economic opportunity includes both compensation and the value of applicable Market Center benefits and is not guaranteed. Role Requirements This opportunity requires a minimum of three full days per week in the Keller Williams Music City Market Center and reasonable availability to the Career Development agents you lead.
