Mid-May - Mid-October The Opportunity We're seeking a Massage Therapist to join our spa team for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent massage therapy graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional, supportive, and high-end environment. You'll work with a steady flow of members and guests who value wellness, relaxation, and exceptional service—while building your skills and confidence in the industry. What You'll Do As a Massage Therapist at Dismal River Club, you will: Provide professional massage services tailored to individual client needs Create a calm, welcoming, and relaxing guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space Communicate clearly with hospitality team members regarding scheduling Follow all safety, sanitation, and licensing standards Represent the Dismal River Club brand through exceptional service and professionalism What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Valid massage therapy license in the state of Nebraska (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, dependable, and service-oriented mindset Desire to learn, grow, and build experience in the massage industry Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds Compensation & Perks Hourly + Commission + gratuities On-site housing One meal provided each day Work in a serene, high-end spa environment Gain valuable experience in a destination resort setting Seasonal perks and lifestyle you won't find anywhere else
