The Opportunity We're looking for energetic, reliable, and hospitality-driven Servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable guest experiences. This role is perfect for someone who wants a high-level service environment, strong earning potential, and a season that feels like a working getaway. What You'll Do Deliver warm, polished service with a member-first mindset Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with confidence Ensure guest check accuracy and proper payment handling procedures Comfortably present and recommend wine (pairings, styles, and upgrades) Maintain clean, organized service areas and uphold clubhouse standards Work closely with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service Stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented during peak volume What We're Looking For Responsible, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working under pressure in a high-volume setting Strong wine knowledge and cocktail familiarity (able to speak to both) Positive attitude and polished, professional presence Preferred Qualifications High school diploma preferred 3+ years serving experience preferred Ability to confidently present wine and assist with selections Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) Ability to multitask with minimal supervision Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Stand and move throughout shift in a fast-paced environment Lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds Memorize and accurately describe menu items and features
