Hours:

24-32 per week We are a busy, chiropractic-based clinic in Boardman seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Our practice is primarily injury-focused, working with workers' compensation, auto injuries, and sports-related conditions. You will work closely with a chiropractic physician who utilizes extensive manual therapy, exercise, and rehab, creating a collaborative, hands-on treatment environment. Position Highlights 24-32 hours per week Primarily injury and rehab-focused massage One-on-one patient care, not spa-focused Collaborative team setting with direct communication with the chiropractor Responsibilities Provide therapeutic, injury-focused massage and bodywork Utilize manual therapy techniques including: Myofascial release Cupping IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) Perform thorough patient care and chart documentation Follow treatment plans developed in conjunction with the chiropractic physician Communicate patient progress and concerns with the doctor and team Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment Comply with all workers' compensation and documentation standards Requirements Active Ohio Massage Therapy License in good standing OWBC certification required (we can assist you in obtaining this if you do not already have it) Strong techinical focus and interest in injury rehab and therapeutic work Experience with or strong interest in: Myofascial release Cupping IASTM Comfortable working with workers' comp, auto, and sports injury patients (experience preferred but not required) Reliable, professional, and able to work independently within a team setting Solid documentation and time-management skills We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skills Collaborative, supportive clinical environment Training and support for OWBC certification and clinic protocols Opportunities to grow your skills in injury rehabilitation and manual therapy How to Apply Please email your resume and a brief cover letter including: Your availability and preferred schedule Your experience with injury-focused massage and manual therapies Confirmation of your Ohio license status and OWBC certification (or note if you need assistance obtaining it) We look forward to adding a dedicated, clinically minded Massage Therapist to our Boardman team.
