This dynamic role combines expert craftsmanship with strong leadership, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in carpentry, construction, and restoration industries, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and mentoring team members. Duties Lead and supervise cabinet installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to plan daily tasks and resolve on-site issues promptly Perform precise measurements, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation to execute custom cabinetry and fixture installations Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques for accurate assembly and installation of cabinets, and fixtures Oversee construction site safety protocols, heavy lifting procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to maintain high standards in woodworking, caulking, and other carpentry work Experience Proven experience in management, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and general remodeling projects Extensive background in cabinet installation with a strong understanding of fixture installation. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, as well as electrical experience related to fixture wiring or electrical components within cabinetry projects Knowledge of construction site safety standards including heavy lifting procedures and scaffolding setup Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics for plumbing or electrical systems related to cabinetry or fixtures Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory roles overseeing teams of installers or craftsmen in fast-paced environments Join our team that is continuously expanding.
