Master Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to oversee and perform plumbing installation for modular homes in a warehouse production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring all plumbing systems are installed efficiently, meet code requirements, and align with production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Install complete plumbing systems in modular homes, including water supply, drainage, and venting Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and national codes Perform system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and functionality Coordinate with other trades such as electrical and carpentry teams during the build process Monitor workflow to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse setting Supervise and provide guidance to apprentices or laborers as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures

Qualifications:

Valid Master Plumber license Experience in residential or modular home construction preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, production-based environment Why Peoplelink?
