Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! We are seeking a Material Handler who is responsible for executing critical daily tasks that ensure the seamless flow of project materials within the facility. This role involves receiving and organizing incoming projects, assembling kits based on requests, labeling and staging materials, and preparing items for delivery. Additional duties include storing specialty items such as panel slats, managing pallet organization, and maintaining accurate inventory counts and quality standards. A commitment to cleanliness and order is essential, with end-of-shift cleaning duties rounding out the day-to-day expectations. This position supports operational efficiency and reflects a strong attention to detail, safety, and team collaboration. OBJECTIVES
Receive Projects :
Accurately receive incoming projects and verify contents against documentation.
Put Away Non-SCH Projects :
Organize and store unscheduled or non-SCH projects in designated areas.
Kit Projects Per Request :
Assemble project kits based on specific requirements or requests.
Label and Stage Projects :
Prepare materials for outbound flow, labeling and staging them for visibility and access.
Load Projects :
Safely load completed projects for delivery or relocation.
Stage Unused Pallets :
Position unused pallets in approved staging zones to maintain workspace clarity. Store and Stage Panel Slats (Boards) : Maintain organized storage and staging of panel slats for future use.
Maintain Inventory Count & Integrity :
Monitor inventory levels, conduct routine counts, and ensure accurate records. Preserve quality and report any discrepancies or damage.
End-of-Shift Cleaning Duties :
Tidy workspace, dispose of waste, and reset station areas for the next shift.
COMPETENCIES
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely Familiarity with basic inventory systems or willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset and punctuality
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent Additional vocational training or certification in related fields considered Veteran status a plus Fork Lift experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pay:
From $17.50 per hour
