Full Job Description DUTIES:

Compliant daily dispensary retail operations. The ability to learn and follow all Maryland State rules and regulations at all times is a must. Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures and State Mandated Compliance. Abide by-product handling procedures, including company safety and health policies as well as regulatory agency compliance Provide professionalism and decorum while interacting with vendors Provide outstanding, accurate, and consistent work when handling cannabis bulk and packaging inventory. Ensure packages are fulfilled efficiently with 100% accuracy at all times Operate and be able to calibrate a state regulated scale Verify product information in POS system and maintain consistent upkeep of COAs

MAINTAIN

a safe, clean, and discreet environment for co-workers and patients, protecting patient confidentiality at all times. Work as a team to ensure the facility/processing rooms are well-ordered, neat, and tidy at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

Very strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Following all Maryland State compliance guidelines. Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization Detail oriented with an eye on process optimization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday. Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 50 feet

REQUIREMENTS

Able to meet the Maryland State requirements for Dispensary Agents. Minimum 21 years of age with valid MD State Identification Clean criminal record, mandated Maryland state required FBI Background check. Must also be free of drug-related felonies per Maryland State requirement.
