Certified BHP:

We'll help you get trained. You get paid while you get up to speed. Starting pay at least $18/hour. We credit your experience coming into the job and bump you up to $20/hour as soon as you get certified. Certified or not, you'll get access to: A monthly profit-sharing bonus Real growth: we've promoted from within to Lead BHP and supervisor roles as we've expanded, and we're adding new services this year A local agency where your supervisor knows your name and your clients, not a caseload assigned by a staffing coordinator two counties away Work That Matters You'll work one-on-one with kids and young adults (up to age 20) in their homes and out in the community, helping them build real, everyday skills like making friends, managing emotions, communicating, and becoming more independent. It's hands-on work that makes a real difference in a kiddo's life.

Pay That Grows Quickly Certified BHPs:

start at $20/hr minimum, up to $24/hr based on experience Not certified yet: $18/hr during paid training, automatic raise to $20/hr when you get certified On top of that, we run a monthly profit-sharing bonus program. What You Need Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A real interest in working with kids Preferred (but we'll train you either way): Experience in childcare, tutoring, coaching, Ed Tech work, or youth programs Studying psychology, social work, education, or human services That's it. We handle the rest. You won't be left figuring things out on your own. We've got you.
