Mechanical Assembler Build the Future of Power Distribution About the Role Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys building high-quality products? We're looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our team and play a critical role in constructing low- and medium-voltage electrical switchgear cabinets. In this role, you'll bring designs to life by working with precision tools, following technical drawings, and ensuring each assembly meets top-quality standards. What You'll Do Interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work orders to build components accurately Assemble modular steel cabinets and copper bus systems Measure materials and components with precision using a tape measure Work with a variety of hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) Operate power tools (drills, impact tools, pneumatic torque wrenches) Perform basic inspections to ensure high-quality and reliable manufacturing What You Bring 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, or automotive repair in a shop environment Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical symbols, and schematics Strong familiarity with shop tools and equipment Basic math skills (fractions and decimals) Solid English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) High school diploma or technical training is a plus—but not required Pay & Schedule 1st Shift Position Starting pay: $20/hour Pay increase to $21.67/hour after 90 days Why Join Us?
