About the job:
SEECO is seeking a self-motivated Transmission Switch Assembler to join our Production team. The Transmission Switch Assembler is responsible for assembling transmission switches used in various applications. This role involves reading and interpreting technical diagrams, assembling components according to specifications, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. All candidates must be able to pass a company required background check and drug screen.What you will do:
Adhere to all Safety and Quality Zero Tolerance policies to ensure a safe and compliant work environment Collaborate effectively in a team setting to support safety, quality, and production standards. Assemble transmission switch components according to technical drawings and work instructions Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently Identify and resolve assembly issues, reporting any persistent problems to the supervisor What you will bring: High school diploma or GED certificate Technical or vocational training in assembly or manufacturing is a plus 3-5 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing role, particularly in mechanical assembly is preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, mechanically inclined. Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 lbs) regularly We need team members who can work hard in all kinds of weather and in a demanding environmentJob Type:
