Key Responsibilities Perform construction work related to piping, structural steel, mechanical installation, and general construction scopes Execute daily job tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements Follow drawings, specifications, and direction from Foreman and Project Management Maintain quality standards and take pride in workmanship Support job-site productivity by assisting with layouts, material handling, and equipment use Promote a strong safety culture and comply with all company and client safety policies Work collaboratively with crew members and assist others as needed What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of construction-related experience, preferably in mechanical, structural, or piping work Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability Self‑motivated with the ability to contribute to daily construction activities Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as project schedules require Willingness to travel for extended periods and support construction projects at various locations Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Ability to mentor and support less‑experienced crew members Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving record Welding experience is a plus, but not required

Hourly Rate:

$24.75-$28 Per Hour DOE.
