Qualifications:

Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT), or eligibility for certification Prior experience working in a clinical laboratory setting Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and quality control procedures Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:
