Position Requirements:

Certificated Nursing Assistant Certification

• Current Valid Med Tech certification WITH CNA or PCA Certificate, or enrollment in our train on site programs
• Assure quality nursing care for residents by following physician's orders, Plans of Care, state and federal regulations and this Facility's policies and procedures.
• Provides the services of Medication Administration and ADL care and services for the unit/hall under the supervision and direction of the Unit Director, R.N. Supervisor, or Director of Nursing.
• Assist with Infection Control for unit/hall and adheres to all regulations pertaining to cleanliness ,infection control, and Standard/Universal Precautions.
• Performs other duties within scope of certification and as assigned by Manager.

Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be leading examples of teamwork, have a passion for our residents well being, have proficiency with use of EHR's and computer skills, Must be in good standing with the NC Board of Nursing, NC DHHS, and other regulatory agencies with an unemcumbered license/certification, and must have a willingness to provide excellent care and leadership for our team.
