Media BlasterShop helper

We are a metal refinishing shop that specializes in media blasting, powder coating & ceramic coating for exhausts, pistons, etc. We typically refinish a lot of patio furniture, railings, auto and motorcycle parts, misc house items and large projects for the commercial industry. We are looking to hire the right person to join our team! We need help cleaning parts, Media Blasting and with pickup and deliveries. This is a part\full time position. Majority of time will be media blasting in the blasting room and cabinet. Must be able to stand for full shift & have the ability lift and carry parts to move around in and out of the blast room. Must be able to lift and carry 80lbs. Media Blasting in the blast room requires you to wear a fresh air blasting helmet, gloves, work jeans, work boots and a long sleeved shirt. You will be responsible for getting items for the day stripped of all existing coating\rust etc. Once you learn how to blast it is enjoyable. You can wear your headphones to listen to music and help make the time go by faster. You will also help us mask parts, do pickup & deliveries, possible help with some metal fab work. As well and helping to hang and prep pieces for coating. No experience needed, we will train. Starting pay is based on experience. Pay raise will be given after you learn what to do and annually.
