Full Job Description Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Packaging Operator with strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, SOP compliance, and pharmaceutical/manufacturing packaging operations. Responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a regulated manufacturing environment. Candidate must be available to work 2nd and 3rd shifts with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging machinery and equipment. Perform packaging, labeling, inspection, and sealing operations according to production requirements. Follow all cGMP, SOP, safety, and quality procedures during manufacturing and packaging activities. Complete batch records, packaging documentation, and production logs accurately and timely. Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance. Maintain cleanliness of packaging areas and equipment following company standards. Perform line clearance and setup/changeover activities between production runs. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality concerns to supervisors. Work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to meet production schedules. Adhere to all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience as a Packaging Operator in pharmaceutical, medical device, food, or manufacturing environments preferred. Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and regulated manufacturing processes. Experience with packaging equipment, batch record documentation, and quality inspections. Ability to work in fast-paced production environments while maintaining accuracy and quality. Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work for extended periods during shift operations.

Shift Availability:

Available for 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift schedules. Overtime and weekend availability preferred.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
