H.R Medical. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual. We are seeking someone with experience in the health care field, who can draw blood. This is a flexible part time position Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Gather patient history, take, and record vital signs, and document all information in patient medical record.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Phlebotomy blood draws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
