Medical Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in a 38 bed withdrawal management unit. The Medical Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting medical professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients undergoing withdrawal. This position will involve both clinical and administrative responsibilities to facilitate efficient operations within the unit.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant is advantageous Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures relevant to withdrawal management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
