Ultrasound Baby Bonding Host

Oh Baby! Studio is a new boutique 3D/4D ultrasound studio for expecting moms and families. We are creating a beautiful, calm, personal experience where families can see their baby, relax, and make a memory together. We are looking for someone warm, friendly, reliable, and naturally good with people to host our expecting families at the studio. You would be the person who welcomes families in, helps them feel comfortable, guides them through their ultrasound experience, offers drinks, assists with photos and prints, keeps the space looking beautiful, and makes sure each appointment feels special. This role is best for someone who genuinely likes people, is nurturing without being overbearing, and can make guests feel comfortable right away. You should be polished, dependable, organized, and comfortable working around expecting moms, babies, children, grandparents, and families during emotional moments. Daily tasks may include greeting guests, checking clients in, offering refreshments, helping with photo selections and prints, tidying the studio between appointments, answering questions, helping with scheduling, and making sure the experience feels smooth and personal from start to finish. You will also do some light office work to help with other projects at our office. We are looking for someone with consistent availability who can become part of the studio long term. This is not a temporary or seasonal role. Experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, beauty, childcare, boutique retail, medical front desk, or maternity-related settings is helpful, but personality and reliability matter most.

Requirements:

Must be 21 or older Must have reliable transportation Must have consistent availability, including some weekends Must be available most week days (full day availability only) Must be able to commit for at least 6 months Must be comfortable using basic scheduling and payment software (Square) Must be comfortable standing, greeting guests, tidying the studio, and helping families during appointments

Hours and Availability:

Part-time 20-30 hours per week
