Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Part-Time 2-3 days a week Greet patients, families, and visitors Intake of patients and gather brief history of patient's concerns Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar Assist medical professionals with patients and in-office dermatology procedures Maintain accurate patient records Utilize 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks related to patient information Ensure the office is organized, clean and presentable Will train for the job
