The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support within our medical facility. This position requires a blend of clinical skills and administrative expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our practice while delivering exceptional service to our patients. Duties Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and collecting medical histories. Take X-Rays as directed by physician. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and handle administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations. Provide basic life support when necessary and assist in emergency situations. Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and follow-up care instructions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant and X-Ray Technician or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and basic life support and X-Ray techniques. Experience in outpatient settings is a plus; familiarity with podiatry, geriatrics or hospital medicine is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
