In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of swimming pools and related equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy pristine, safe, and well-maintained aquatic environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills and passion for service in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning to ensure optimal water quality. Conduct pool cleaning tasks such as skimming debris, vacuuming pools, brushing surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets. Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems to identify issues. Repair or replace faulty equipment using hand tools and power tools, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and repairs performed on each pool. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and clients. Assist with seasonal start-up or closing procedures for pools as required. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment efficiently. Experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of pool systems including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorination systems, and automation controls. Service technician experience is preferred to ensure high-quality customer service standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
