This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with healthcare finance experience who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee medical billing and revenue cycle operations . Process and reconcile insurance claims, payments, denials, and adjustments . Handle payroll processing , reporting, and compliance. Monitor accounts receivable and improve collection performance. Prepare financial reports for leadership review. Ensure compliance with healthcare, payroll, and accounting regulations. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows. Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred). 3+ years experience in healthcare finance, medical billing, or payroll. Strong understanding of insurance billing, CPT/ICD coding, and reimbursement workflows . Experience with payroll systems and financial software. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
