Key Responsibilities Provide overall administrative leadership for employed physician practices within the medical group Directly supervise and support practice managers and office managers across multiple locations Ensure physician credentialing and participation with applicable managed care plans Oversee billing workflows and processes to optimize professional fee revenue Partner with accounting and finance teams to develop, analyze, and review practice-level financial reports Ensure appropriate staffing models to support efficient, high-performing practice operations Maintain compliance with regulatory and operational standards impacting physician practices

Ideal Candidate Background Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (required) 7-10 years of physician practice management experience Experience leading operations in a multi-physician, multi-location environment Proven supervisory experience managing practice managers Strong knowledge of physician billing systems and revenue cycle workflows Working knowledge of compliance requirements impacting medical group operations

Preferred:
