Position Overview The Whole List Doc (TWLD) is seeking a dynamic, sales‑driven, and wellness‑focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of patient care, communication, and strategic sales. As the first point of contact—both in‑person and virtual—you will guide patients through their decision‑making process, help them understand TWLD's transformative programs, and support them throughout their wellness journey. You'll collaborate with a tenured team of physicians, nutritionists, and health coaches while benefiting from significant earning potential in a mission‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Patient Onboarding & Support
  • Welcome new patients and guide them through their personalized health journey.
  • Conduct Triage Calls to assess readiness and alignment with TWLD's Transform System.
  • Lead Closing Calls, confidently presenting program benefits and enrolling qualified patients with integrity and clarity.
  • Build long‑term relationships that foster trust, satisfaction, and patient success. Collaboration & Clinical Integration
  • Work closely with physicians, nutritionists, and coaches to ensure seamless, personalized care.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of TWLD's systems, including: o Interactive online training o At‑home learning o Personalized health solutions o Long‑term wellness strategies Ideal Candidate Attributes 1. Emotional Intelligence

Preferred Qualifications Customer service skills Medical, clinical, or health‑related background (preferred). Experience or strong interest in functional medicine, wellness, or holistic health. Prior sales experience—especially in health or wellness—is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with office software (Word, Excel, scheduling systems) Ability to multitask and stay organized High school diploma (some healthcare roles prefer medical office experience) Professional communication skills Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Understanding of HIPAA Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
