Medical Receptionist

Full-Time Medical Receptionist - Primary Care Clinic Tumwater Family Practice Clinic is seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our busy Primary Care team. We are looking for someone who is kind, respectful, dependable, and an excellent communicator with strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Permanent Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule patient appointments and maintain provider schedules Perform patient registration, data entry, and insurance verification Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records Support providers and clinic staff with daily administrative duties Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous medical office, reception, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy clinical setting Proficient with computers and basic office technology Professional appearance and positive attitude required What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to play an important role in patient care and clinic operations If you are motivated, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent patient service, we encourage you to apply.
