Schedule:

Coverage Dates Needed:

4/15, 5/22, 5/26, 5/27, 5/28, 5/29.

Shift Schedule:

8am-5pm

Setting:

Clinic Procedures/Cases:

Family Dentistry - mostly kids.

Procedures needed:

prophies, extractions, x-rays filings, pulpotomies, sealants, crowns, periodontics treatment, exams/hygiene checks

Credentialing Timeframe:

~1-2 days

Requirements:
