Job DescriptionAs a Medical Receptionist at ARC Physical Therapy+, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and productive flow of patients. This position also involves being the point of contact for all non-clinical patient services.

Greet patients and provide exceptional customer serviceCoordinate patient care from initial check-in to treatment and check-outAnswer phones and manage electronic schedulingPerform data entry and verify personal/financial informationMaintain patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollect, post, and deposit patient paymentsFax, file, and complete any other administrative duties as neededQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent1+ years of previous medical front office experience preferredExcellent telephone and customer service skillsProficiency in Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferredAvailability and flexibility with work hoursStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive, energetic attitudeAdditional InformationCompetitive salaryExcellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time offMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipNew graduate mentoringContinuing educationEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
