Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients while delivering an exceptional and welcoming experience Manage high-volume phone communication with professionalism and efficiency Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and insurance pre-authorizations Handle patient communications, callbacks, and provider-directed follow-up through the EMR system Maintain accurate electronic health records and patient documentation Ensure intake forms and required paperwork are completed thoroughly prior to visits Process and reconcile patient payments daily with accuracy and confidentiality Support smooth daily office operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Collaborate closely with providers and staff to optimize patient flow and operational efficiency Qualifications & Experience Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience in a medical office or healthcare environment preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, referrals, and pre-authorizations strongly preferred Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive mindset What We Value We value individuals who: Lead with positivity and professionalism Take initiative and ownership Bring compassion and empathy to patient interactions Thrive in a collaborative team environment Consistently pursue excellence in their work
