Dining Server

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fine dining environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that residents receive prompt and courteous service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet residents and guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items. Take orders accurately and efficiently. Explain menu items and specials to enhance resident and guest experience. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards. Ensure timely delivery of food to tables while maintaining proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards throughout the dining experience. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations within the food industry is essential.
