Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

Duties:

• Greet patients and guide them in the right direction, creating a welcoming environment
• Schedule and coordinate appointments both in person and over the phone
• Answer phones
• Attentively listen to callers and being patient with any questions
• Check in patients and assist them with chiropractic documentation software program
• Check out patients by taking payments and scheduling follow up appointments
• Use of AHPM and Rapid Doc ( chiropractic software
• training provided ) to schedule patients, print receipts, give people their records, etc.
• Use of google sheets and google documents

Skills:

• Professional, positive and courteous demeanor to both patients and other staff
• Proficient in computer literacy including data entry, google sheets; scheduling /EMR software experience preferred but training can be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills and prioritization skills
• Flexibility and adaptable in unpredictable or changing situations
• Self-starter, team player and ability to multi-task
