All equipment is ETL-certified and fabricated locally at our Santa Rosa facility (1400 Airport Blvd) . We're expanding our finishing department and looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our team for our upcoming evening or night shift . Position Overview The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts using electrostatic powder-coating equipment. This role requires attention to detail, quality workmanship, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Prepare metal parts (cleaning, masking, hanging) before coating Apply powder coatings using professional electrostatic equipment Bake and cure parts according to required specifications Inspect finished products for uniformity and adhesion Maintain spray booth, filters, and equipment Follow safety and environmental procedures Qualifications 2+ years experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred Knowledge of curing times, thickness, and material prep Consistent attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Forklift experience a plus Schedule Evening or Night Shift (approx. 3:00 PM
