In this Part- TIME position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Your exceptional organizational skills will enable you to efficiently retrieve and maintain accurate records, allowing our healthcare providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients, including admissions, discharges, and transfers Verify and update patient identifiers, diagnoses, and treatment plans Retrieve and provide medical records to healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other authorized parties Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize medical record management processes Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:
