With 5 offices, 16 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta ENT PC strives to help everyone feel their very best. Duties (summary): The Medical Records Specialist is responsible for compiling and maintaining all patient medical records, including but not limited to the preparation, collection, maintenance, storage, retrieval, and distribution of all documented patient encounters.
