• POSITION OVERVIEW

• Handling a large number of inbound calls from patients for all 10 of their locations.
• Triaging calls to RN's when needed.
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for patients.
• Insurance verification
• Patient registration
• Prior Authorizations
• Scheduling Cardiology exams / screenings/ blood word
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Epic Prior medical scheduling experience(EKG, Stress Test, ETC) Team Player

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00
• $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
