Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and optimize follow-up strategies for maximum conversion rates. Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory management plans, and promotional campaigns to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry innovations, product features, and competitors to stay ahead in the B2B (business-to-business) sales landscape within the medical spa sector. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to lead territory development and coordinate efforts across multiple channels. Expertise in lead generation techniques including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster loyalty and drive upselling opportunities. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for account management and sales analysis. Exceptional communication skills to deliver engaging product demos and provide outstanding customer service. Analytical mindset capable of assessing market data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales efforts.
