We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Staff member to join our team! Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and courtesy Handle multi-line phone systems, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and administrative purposes Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal assistant tasks as needed Support office management activities including supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical support Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email with patience and clarity Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution to ensure professional communication standards are met Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and customer support processes Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and proofreading capabilities Join us as an Office Staff member to be at the heart of our operations!
